ToP Training Program in Dhaka in 2007. ICA Bangladesh is very pleased to
announce its International Technology of Participation, ToP, Training Program on
Facilitation Skills, Community Development Methods, and Participatory Strategic
Planning to be held during February 14-17 2007, and 4-8 March 2007 at
NILG in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The training will be facilitated by experienced and
international ToP facilitators from Australia, USA, Nepal, India, and
Bangladesh.
Two public courses will be offered in February, and two in
March.Two day Training in Group Facilitation, Making Things Happen in
Organisations and Communities, Wednesday-Thursday 14-15 February 2007, 9am-5pm
or Sunday-Monday 4-5 March 2007, 9am-5pm.
Two day Training in Community Development
Methods, A comprehensive grass roots approach, Friday-Saturday 16-17 February 2007,

Two Day Advanced Training in Participatory Strategic Planning, A

PERU:
Location: 100 Valleys
Gloria Santos, Esaud Caycho and Alison and Ken Hamje have now completed presentations to 22 mining companies and are seeing the two AVANZA PERU 3-week formation programs filling up for Jan-Feb.
The team is planning to celebrate the New Year together on Friday evening before many leave for their home towns for New Years Eve. Happy New Year to all of our global colleagues from the ICA-PERU team!!

Formally registered ICAI in the province of Québec. Finalized January
Network Exchange, draft boilerplate language, and errata for meetings in Tokyo
and Nairobi. Celebrated a beautiful New Year's Eve in Montréal.
