AUSTRALIA:
Over the last 2 days, 12 colleagues from 4 states of Australia gathered
in Sydney to take the next steps in refining the pivotal module in the
Transformational Leadership Program we are developing. We were excited by the
new breakthroughs, on the other side of deep struggle in creating innovative
ways of talking about and presenting the foundational wisdom behind our
methods. Four task force groups have until Christmas day to come up with a
refinement of each of the four sessions as a 'Christmas gift' in order to be
ready to test the module at the Learning Community gathering in Melbourne in
January.
