This past week, has been very exciting. John Patterson returned from his travels
in Kenya. His return was filled with stories about the HIV initiative of the Il
Ngwesi community, that our volunteers have been supporting. The results from
this project are just amazing. Last week community members, our volunteers, and
Bruce Williams were conducted a training for Kenyan government officials.
Here
in Canada, we have been working hard to support projects like Il Ngwesi,
recruiting runners for our marathon fundraising event, and searching for venues
for our annual speaking event.
